Going on a trip is exciting! However, in busy families it can be an ordeal to get ready. As a parent you need to not only plan and pack for yourself, but also for your kids. But did you know that this is not really necessary? With our utlimate packing list, packing will never be a challenge again!

Kids love lists, and being able to perform tasks themselves builds confidence. When kids pack themselves, they are also more independent on the trip, as they know what has been packed and not.

With useful illustrations, even kids who cannot read are able to do most of their own packing. We have create a beautifully designed and functional template that will make packing for your families next trip a breeze.

The template includes a packing list with or without illustrations, suitable for younger kids or teenagers and even adults.

The template goes over 2 pages and should be printed double-sided. If you laminate it, you can reuse it and use whiteboard pen to cross things off.

The template has been created in MS Excel and can be customized in Excel online. If you wish to make bigger changes you should use Excel desktop version.

The template also includes a simple guide to how you can make your customizations.

Step 1: Open the Excel file and make your customizations

Step 2: Print the packing list (double-sided)

Step1: Write the number of days and nights, cross off what not to pack and write the amount to pack where relevant.

Step 4: Hand the packing list over to your child and let them pack and cross off as they go. They will love it!
