In order to synch your calendars, you have to find the iCal link for that calendar. You can also share your google Calendar with another Google user.

If you wish to share a calendar with another Google user, you can use the 'share' function. This makes it possible for both you and the other person to edit and add entries to the calendar (if you wish to grant this access). Sharing of a Google calendar is only possible if you both use Google Calendar.
